Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vyomini, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and on time. We aim to ship most orders within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We currently deliver across India and are working to expand globally soon.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We follow national and international shipping regulations. We do not ship items that are restricted or prohibited, including (but not limited to):

  • Live animals

  • Currency, precious metals or stones

  • Weapons or ammunition

  • Human remains

  • Narcotics or illegal drugs

  • Pornographic materials


⚠️ Important Information

  • Order cut-off times are guidelines only and may vary based on payment authorization or stock availability.

  • While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, a delay of up to 72 hours may occur in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances from vendors or logistics.

  • Estimated delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

  • Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute orders.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or custom clearance (for international orders in future).


🚚 Delivery Timings

  • Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM (excluding public holidays).

  • Most domestic deliveries are completed within 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.


🇮🇳 Shipping Within India

  • Shipping charges in India may vary depending on the order weight, destination, and payment method (Prepaid or COD).

  • We use reliable courier services like India Post, Delhivery, and others based on your location.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.


🌍 International Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • Vyomini will soon start delivering internationally using trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping charges will depend on the order weight and delivery location.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.


🔐 Insurance & Responsibility

  • We insure every order during transit until it is delivered and signed for.

  • Once a product is delivered and signed, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If you designate someone else to receive the package (e.g., a gift), their signature at delivery confirms receipt.


💰 Taxes & Duties

  • For Indian customers, prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.

  • For international customers (once we launch global delivery), the product will be shipped as a personal-use item. However, if any customs duties or taxes are levied, the customer will be notified and must bear the cost to receive the shipment.
