Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth, satisfying shopping experience at Vyomini.com. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do support easy and transparent exchanges under certain conditions.


🌸 Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns. However, we do offer one-time exchanges for most products.

  • You must request an exchange within 1 day of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable for the same product’s different color, pattern, or size (subject to availability).

📦 In Case of Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll happily facilitate an exchange.

  • Please email us within 24 hours with:

    • A clear unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the issue

💸 Price Difference:

  • If you choose a higher-priced item during exchange, the difference must be paid online (COD not available).

  • If the new item is of lower value, the balance will be added to your store credit (valid for future use).

🔁 Exchange Not Allowed For:

  • Customized products

  • Jewels and Kids Wear


🚫 Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds after delivery.

  • Exceptions are made only for products that arrive damaged or stained.

  • If your request is approved, you’ll be asked to return the item, and we’ll send a replacement.

Note: We do not issue refunds — only approved exchanges.


😕 If You Don’t Like the Product

We understand that preferences can vary. If you’re unsatisfied:

  • Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • We’ll deduct shipping and processing charges and add the remaining value to your store credit.


Product Disclaimer

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Minor variations in weight, size, or measurements may occur.

  • Embellishments like beads and sequins may loosen during transit.

  • Loose threads or sequins are not considered defects. Most can be fixed by your local tailor.

  • If a product is out of stock, we may offer a similar item or credit — no return will be accepted in such cases.


Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.


🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping across India.

  • We dispatch orders within 24 to 72 working hours after quality checks.

  • Once shipped, we’ll share tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

  • Delivery Time (India): Typically 3–7 working days.

  • International Orders: Additional shipping charges apply. Customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
